Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Conekin's Interior Accents website or engaging our interior design services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Services

Conekin's Interior Accents provides professional interior design services including but not limited to:

• • Interior design consultation and planning
• • Space planning and layout design
• • Color consultation and selection
• • Furniture selection and procurement
• • Window treatment design and installation
• • Lighting design and specification
• • Project management and coordination
• • Home staging services

Service Agreement and Contracts

All interior design services are provided under separate written agreements that specify the scope of work, timeline, fees, and terms specific to each project. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace individual service contracts.

Payment Terms

Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are due at the time of service. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Project Payments

For larger projects, payment schedules will be outlined in individual service agreements. Typically, payments are structured as follows:

• • 50% deposit upon contract signing
• • 25% at project midpoint
• • 25% upon project completion

Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Work may be suspended on projects with overdue payments.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• • Providing accurate information about project requirements and preferences
• • Ensuring access to project sites during agreed-upon times
• • Making timely decisions to keep projects on schedule
• • Obtaining necessary permits and approvals for structural changes
• • Providing timely payment according to agreed schedules
• • Communicating changes or concerns promptly

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, drawings, and specifications created by Conekin's Interior Accents remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specified project only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultation Cancellations

Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Project Cancellations

Project cancellation terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, clients are responsible for work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

Limitation of Liability

Conekin's Interior Accents' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our responsibility is limited to design services and does not extend to construction, installation, or contractor work unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Third-Party Services

We may recommend contractors, suppliers, and other service providers. These recommendations are made in good faith, but we are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or cost of third-party services. Clients contract directly with these providers.

Photography and Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for marketing and portfolio purposes unless specifically prohibited by the client in writing. Client privacy and confidentiality will be respected in all marketing materials.

Website Use

Acceptable Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
